Medina Creative Accessibility provides quality supportive services to individuals with disabilities and those who care for them. Consistent with our commitment to quality, all staff are professionally screened, trained and insured.

• “Life Steps” Summer Day Camp & After School Programs

Medina Creative Living HUD 811 Supportive Living for Individuals with Disabilities subsidized homes are comprised of 16 single and double garden style apartment units.

All Medina Creative Living apartment units have a host of conveniences that make everyday living rewarding for individuals with disabilities. Low counters, no thresholds, washer and dryers and accessible bathrooms are but a few of the conveniences that are incorporated into each unit.  Medina Creative Living is located within walking distance to shopping, services, supports and recreation.

Resident Enrichment Program "REP"

An exciting resident enrichment program engages our residents and encourages development of  social skills, life skills and community integration. Every week night we offer activities in our community room or road trips out into the community which fosters an active lifestyle and continuing skill development. Activities are varied each evening but include cooking, arts & crafts, sporting events, movies and game nights. Our residents are developing skills, friendships and having fun in the process.
