Medina Creative Accessibility offers many services for individuals with disabilities needing quality supportive care. Our staff is professionally screened, trained, and insured to create the best environment to help your loved one to live an independent and safe lifestyle.

We are a Medicaid-certified Provider Service Agency whose services include:

• Homemaker/Personal Care
• Assistance with activities of daily living
• Meal preparation
• Housekeeping
• Shopping
• Medication reminders/Administration
• Appointments
• Transportation

We are a service provider for Waiver Options: I.O. Waiver, Level One Waiver, Supportive Living and Private Pay.

Our Provider Services are available in Medina County and surrounding counties.
We work together with you and your loved one to provide the best supportive care available to keep your loved one active and safe at home and in the community.
