Currently we offer three Supportive Employment Enclaves:  Property Maintenance/Construction,  "Medina Creative Produce" Hydroponic Greenhouse and Medina Creative Coffee.  Employees are developing skills in real life, hands-on employment settings.  An “employment enclave” consists of individuals with disabilities who are capable of working in the community, but cannot work alone. They must work in a supervised group setting. The goal of Medina Creative Housing is to assist individuals with disabilities to reach their potential.

Our Property Maintenance/Construction Enclave, Medina Creative Produce Enclave and Medina Creative Coffee Enclave provide individuals with disabilities the supports they need to be successful in a work environment.  Our programs assist youth and adults in developing marketable skills, building self-esteem, team builidng, instilling work ethic and providing vital incomes.
