Discover the transformative power of equine-assisted activities through the Medina Creative Therapy Ranch (MCTR) PATH Certified Program. Our certified PATH instructors lead therapeutic horseback riding sessions tailored to individuals aged four and above, providing a supportive environment for growth and healing.
At MCTR, we extend our services beyond therapeutic riding. Our comprehensive program includes equine psychotherapy and training opportunities in farm and horse management, empowering individuals with disabilities to develop essential skills and pursue meaningful employment.
We welcome a diverse range of participants, including those with disabilities, foster children, at-risk students, juvenile offenders, Veterans, and seniors, fostering a sense of community and inclusion.
In our paid-work program, employees engage in the daily care of our horses and farm animals, as well as property maintenance, fostering a sense of responsibility and pride in their work.
MCTR is proud to partner with the Medina County Board of Developmental Disabilities to offer a Special Olympics Equestrian Program, further enriching our commitment to serving our community with compassion and dedication. Join us on a journey of empowerment and possibility at MCTR!
Therapeutic Riding

Pricing:
12 weeks - $450
10 weeks - $375
*$37.50 per lesson*
Riders must have signed contracts and payment prior to riding.
Winter session – 10 weeks - $375

Make up week: March 17th - 23rd
Spring session – 12 weeks - $450
March 24th – June 9th
Make up week: June 16th - 22nd
*Horses off for 1 week: June 23rd - 29th
Summer session – 10 weeks - $375
June 30th - September 1st
Make up week: September 8th - 14th
*Horses off for 1 week: September 15th - 21st
Fall session – 12 weeks - $450
September 22nd - December 8th
Make up week: December 15th - 21th

Volunteer Opportunities
You can make a difference in an individual's life by volunteering your time. We also are in need of horse leaders. You must be at least 14 years old and no experience is necessary. All training will be provided through Medina Creative Therapy Ranch.
