At Z's we are committed to making homemade ice cream one bucket at a time. Come join our team and help bring people together people together to enjoy the only homemade ice cream in Hinckley. We are looking for hard-working individuals to join our Scoop Team.

General Description:

• Previous ice cream shop experience is a PLUS!
• Availability on weekends and holidays.
• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude and a willingness to learn.
• Ability to spend up to 100% of working time standing, walking, and moving around the shop.
• Provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Accurately process all transactions including cash, credit cards, and gift cards.
• Respect safety and quality standards to create a consistent product along with giving the customer an exceptional dining experience.
• Lift up to 50lbs.
• Perform other duties such a washing dishes, sweeping and mopping, replenishing supplies, and maintaining the cleanliness of the serving area.
• Computer literate, must be able to use a POS system.
• Work as a team too achieve sales goals, speed of service, and order accuracy.
• Know and comply with all rules and regulations, emergency procedures, and all Department of Health food and safety standards.

MCA Employee Requirements:

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must undergo a criminal background check and registry checks
• CPR/ First Aid certified every two years (training provided)
• 8 hour Provider course through DODD & then annually thereafter
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Continuing Education
• Minimum of Level One ServSafe Certification
• Participate in the Annual Training Plan
